The decor is so inviting. Really reminds me of Disneyland. !!! It’s a bakery by the way and it doesn’t disappoint. The food is yummy. Really good. The coffee also. Great parking. Lovely kid park with climbing area, across the quiet street. Lots of Halloween decorations. No expense spared.

A charming, locally-owned café in Oatlands, run by a Korean proprietor. The café's decor is a testament to their careful thought and heartfelt effort, with vibrant tables and chairs that exude a joyful ambiance. The coffee offered is of excellent quality, and their selection of cakes and pastries is quite diverse. During our visit, we tried the Bolognese meat pie and Corn cheese croissant, both of which were enjoyable, albeit a tad on the pricey side. It's worth mentioning, though, that the café used to have a brunch menu prominently displayed on their Instagram account. However, when we visited recently, we were informed that they no longer serve brunch. It would be greatly appreciated if Fran & Rafi could keep their social platforms updated, ensuring that customers are aware of any changes to their menu offerings.

Came to this cafe looking for a Mont Blanc cake which they didn’t have….but the interior is super cute and the cafe wasn’t busy at all on a Friday morning. Hidden gem, would love to eat in one day

This is such a nice cafe. It's located right opposite a beautiful little park too. The sandwich was super good and the ice long black was delicious. There's nice seating inside and outside. Great atmosphere. The croissants are made in house and are glossy and beautiful looking

What can I say? This place is a hidden gem. Superb desert and cakes and out-of-this-world atmosphere. Loved the Campos coffee and the fantastic hospitality. Shame it's not near my house. This cafe is definitely a top-notch!

Big thank you to Jun&Ellie’s ongoing support to MFPS cracker carnival. Your cronuts and pastry are so delicious and popular. A couple of customers came back to ask where they were made, and we were so proud to say from the Fran&Rafi Cafe in Oatland I personally like all the cakes you made in the shop, never regret even putting on weight . If am having coffee with friends, definitely come back to you

The cakes here are amazing! Someone I know bought me three slices, and the Basque cheesecake was unbelievably delicious. After asking where she got them, I visited the café the next day with my mum. We had coffee, cronuts, and a prawn sandwich, and everything was fantastic! The prawn sandwich was especially tasty, and my mum said the oat flat white was the best coffee she’s had in Australia. I can’t wait to come back to try more desserts! My husband also wants to visit, so I’ll be bringing the whole family next time. Highly recommend! -----Adding review in a month----- Writing this review while eating lol. No need to say much—desserts here are amazing! But not just that, the sandwiches and burgers are seriously good too. My mum said the burger here is the best she’s ever had in her life, even though I’ve taken her to so many famous burger spots in Sydney. And the coffee? Definitely top-notch. I just wish I had discovered this place sooner! Last time, I brought my friend here, and she said it’s the perfect meeting spot. Totally agree!
